Please, please be careful and do not race to see him! Like i told everyone else, chad has been gone for a day or two now, they think since that stroke happened. There is no use. I almost wish i didnt go see him, cuz i will always remember the way he looked and that is not the way my cousin looked. That was not my chad laying there.

So please just be safe and be careful and try to make it to the thing on saturday. Chad wouldnt want you racing to get there to see him and then something happen to you...

A very close friend of mine and i just find out now reading through this thread of what happened to him.

God knows why this happened and you must all see that examples are always used on those we admire and the ones we least expect.

I had always been a wimp to ride a bike due to this but what I do know is that if God was in his life, he is with him now. Yes its sad that he isnt physically present any longer but his spirit will always live in and around us.

I love you Chad and i pray for the strength and tranquility for your family.

I'm in the same boat bro, except more like 8 hours away. I didn't get to see him at all, I was hoping he'd still be around come thursday when I got into town.

I am sure there will be a viewing and funeral that i am sure will turn into something as big as the HPD cruises. I think after the initial shock of this passes we must start thinking of helping the family further.

I still cant beleive this and dont know what to think so say.

I remember pulling into a meet the first time I ever met chad. He walked straight up to me and told me my car was cute and if I want to run a lil handur. Me driving a cammed gto laughed at him. He told me he would run me from a dig as long as he could use his spray lol I took him so serious and backed off the line lol. I will never forget the times at the hooka bar in katy or your constant dig runs in the dodge or even the first time i rode in the vette and you almost blew it up in the galleria parking garage. You silly man with your burberry shirt. You may be leaving me her on earth but i am sure we will meet in a better place. Until that day i will always keep you in my heart as my dear friend. saw you tonight again man. it had been a while since i last saw you (considering the fact that we saw each other every weekend). thats not how i wanted to see you, but God has a plan and that how things were supposed to be. you leaving us has given me a greater understanding and a more profound appreciation for life and those that truly love us. i still remember how i met you. it was back when i had the civic and had some crazy JDM angled pic in my sig. you PM'd me where i took the pics and i replied. ever since then we were cool. at first i thought i was weird for having an online friend, but as i got to know you i realized that you were a pretty cool kid. i could relate to you because of your arrogance and because of that, you would always put me in check when i got big headed/arrogant. i also remember the countless times you got into trouble, only to get out of it like if nothing had happend. the time we all went to the track and you broke your car was pretty funny. it was fkn cold and we were all standing out there chillin (literally) with you cause you were waiting on the tow truck (that you had called at 5 and it was 7 when i left and it still wasnt there). all those countless e-arguments that we got into with all those n00bs in the racing stories. or all the beers we drank with gilbert. i remember i sent you all the fast and furious quotes via text message just to annoy you or wake you up cause i knew you would be asleep. i remember when you told me that you were going to take my GF and she was gonna marry you and not me (your going to find better angels then her where you are going now) or the nickname you gave her that she is known by to everyone; and to this day everyone still knows her as that. or the day we went shopping at the burberry store and everyone was looking at us crazy for acting stupid there. the day i called you out in the racing stories in the cobra only for you to text me a couple of hours later to tell me it was a POS. or when i totaled the civic and you called me to give me a hard time that i had biglos'd it (asshole lol). we have TONS of more memories together man, but i will stop now as it is becoming harder and harder to type this. god bless man. you are going to a better place. to the jones family, i am truly and deeply saddened by this. my thoughts, prayers, and tears are with you.
