I think it only works when you're off contract and still have service with them. You can just call it in and they do it over the phone. Even phones you have laying around. They'll do it.

Hulu is now on appletv gen3...I had to update to get it but just reset a few times and u might get lucky.

Now I get to finish off my 2 months on tv instead of low quality mirroring previously

Either cancel your line and pay your Early Termination Fee once it posts to your bill pay your final balance or fulfill your 2-year commitment on your iPhone then call up cust. care to and they'll submit an iPhone unlock case and have you unlocked within 5-7 business days.
