OK people This is for the North Side meet...The address is 12965 North Freeway...Coming from the North, exit Rankin/Kuykendahl Rd., continue through the light and it will be on your right hand side...Coming from the South, take the Rankin/Kuykendahl Rd. exit, make a U-Turn at the light and then it will be on your right hand side...It's the Mushroom shaped building, I think it's a tile place now... we will be meeting up there at 1 and leaving no later than 1:45 so that is plenty of time to make it there..

We got a problem. I went by the meet location and the place is not currently being used (i.e. it is up for lease) and they have locked the parking lot with a gate and pad lock. The closest place on the same side is a few blocks further south just before the light for the I-45 & Beltway 8 interchange along the frontage road. There is a huge empty parking lot that looks like it use to hold a Kroger and some shops that are now vacant. That might be a better place. Regardless, I am down.

ok i know where you are talkin about its right after the greens exit going southbound.. if going north exit greens make a u turn and it will be on the right side..

Correct, it is literally adjacent to and on the opposite side of I-45 of Greenspoint Mall.

Remember that parking lot too and it was tiny. If this event continues to get bigger and we have a good turn out, it might be a bit cramped. Also, positioning means people would have have to do the exit at Rankin/Kuykendahl and then drive down. The place I was talking about can be found if you go south on the map that you posted and you see a shopping center complex between Beltway 8 and Gears Rd. that whole complex is pretty much vacant now and that big parking lot is up for grabs if we wanted it. The Greens Rd exit would still be the exit to use and then its just one light on the frontage road and then the on ramp for I-45 S.

Ok, new directions: Disregard the directions in the OP..

Coming from the north, take the Beltway 8 Frontage road exit, get all the way to the right and it's the first big Business Parking lot you come too...If you happen to be coming from the south, take the Greens road exit and make a U-Turn, and it will be down on your right hand side, right after Gears Rd.
