I nearly got a 5'er of those the other day, I like heavy ligero cigars, and apparently that's on par with the Joya De Nicaragua Antano 1970.

Bout two hours. Thats a big ring gauge on it, so the pic is a bit deceiving. Great smoke, nice and earthy tones that make way to this sorta dark espresso flavor. Paired with the scotch it was great, it's my go-to cigar for sure, always keep atleast 10 or so of these in the humi. I use regular wood matches if I can't find my butane torch, using a regular lighter can kinda tarnish that initial light with the chemicals in it.

Oh, it's a really great cigar. They're great right out of the box, but the one I smoked I've had in the humi for atleast 2 years. The CAO Mx2 is also a great maduro, nice chocolate flavors, smooth smoke. I like Rocky Patel cigars too, met Rocky last year in Clear Lake and snagged that limitada. My favorite Patel smokes are the Edge corojo and the Olde World Reserve. The OWR is still the best cigar I've ever had, just the one I picked out of the box I guess. Super even burn, great draw, great flavor.

I've also dabbled in pipe tobacco too, but I don't get the immediate flavor as I do with cigars, it's more of a subtle, sort of smoke while reading or watching a movie thing. When I used to play City of Heroes and WoW for 2 months, I'd sit there and smoke 3 or 4 bowls while playing.

RP makes the best cigars by far. I never thought I would like heavier cigars until I tried the edge, love that cigar even after several boxes.

I think CAO is a little overrated, they try to put a lot of flavors in their cigars, it's doesn't flow so well. I think theres something to be said about a good simple cigar.

Well, Rocky does that too with some of his cigars. CAO can be pretty overrated, but Rocky makes like 1000 different varieties of his cigars, which is great, but sometimes makes it seem like he slaps the label on things. That being said, I can't say RP makes the best cigars, for me it's gotta be Padron. Best bang for buck by a mile, you can get a box of tiny Padrons for 50 bucks and just be in heaven, and the Anniversarios are the absolute best cigar on the market.

never tried any padrons, always wanted to.

Carlos Torano makes some good cigars also if your looking for something new. I've had good luck with Sancho Panza too.

You guys ever shop on Cigarbid?

Yeah, Torano makes pretty good cigars, I just don't find em in my lineup anymore. I may have one or two around here somewhere. I use cigarbid all the time, great deals to be had on there.

If you're really looking for a different stick, try a green candela. Great earthy tone cigar.

Padron's are some of the best I've had too but can get pricey. Ashton's are in my top 5 too. A really good bang for the buck, imo, are Kinky Friedmans. The Big Richard is a great smoke. Got a chance to meet him at a cigar event when he released it. His other blends are nice too.

Kinkys a great guy but I never thought his gars were worth the price. He makes a kinkycristo which is near the price of the montecristo he modeled it after. Ashtons are great and so are olivas. Huge value for price.
