i agree with jeebus in that bane should be larger. freakishly swoll. i also agree with others in that other batman movies made bane look like a dumb bag of rocks. should be smart.

The bane in batman and robin was retardedly inaccurate the entire movie itself was inaccurate that shit was an ad for discover card. The Bane in this movie will be smarter and more realistic instead of a giant monster.

You're missing the entire point. Bane is has always been depicted bigger than any average man could ever be. Current bane looks right on par with Bale in the movie. They can remake all sorts of shit with cgi and still make it look legit and just because they make him bigger doesn’t mean they have to reduce his intellect.

I see dudes at the gym that can fit the role of bane better physically.

and that batman movie shouldn't even be brought up here, I just used it to make a simple point. I think we all agree that movie blew balls.

No I get what you mean but Nolan doesn't like using a lot of CGI so I was expecting bane to be a swole normal person but we will see. It doesn't matter how Bane has always been depicted this is a whole new way of looking at Batman entirely.

Arguing about Bane being abnormally buff in a movie that uses realistic undertones for super villains is just retarted.

Nolan is doing a great job keeping the baddies from looking as if they would if they were in real life. If you look past the baddies that have appeared, there are no freakishly out of whack depictions of them.

Look what happen to the first Hulk movie they made him big like in the comics and cartoon s**t was awful ...and then the recent hulk movie they made hulk more believable and descent size...I think Nolans Bane is heading the right direction...
