Need help achieving a certain post processing look

So I am looking for some help in achieving a particular style that I like in post processing. Below is an image that has that look and I was wondering how it was achieved. Is it undersaturated a bit? whats going on with this post process wise since I am such a noob when it comes to this.

It looks like he bumped up the blue tones quite a bit, and sharpened the image, adding some soft vignette. Just play around with the settings if you have Lightroom and you should be able to get a similar result.

Appreciate the help man. I do have lightroom and I am going to try this settings out and see what comes out. Is it possible to apply the EXIF file without having to tweak each setting manually in lightroom?

Been messing around with these settings and I think I am missing an ingredient that might not be displayed in the above settings. His shadow split tone is throwing it into a dark blue tone as you said theo. But I think the information is missing the highlight split tone settings because it gives you the saturation for it but no value for the color. He pushed the split tone away from the blue side into the highlight side...I think thats why its missing the look I want...Heres an image with more or less the same settings:

What do you think?

I think it's too bright to follow the same look.

i agree, it's too bright and needs more of a blue cast. right now it is a lot more yellow than the look you're trying to achieve. it also looks like he sharpens the photos A LOT. i'll give it a try today and see what i can come up with.

it's gonna be hard to achieve the same look with your photo i think, just because it's two completely different environments

appreciate the feedback Theo, looking forward to see what you come up with.

Costa, maybe if I try shooting in a more urban environment I might get the same look.
