You'll notice a difference. Quads take a big chunk of your energy when working legs so in a way, you're robbing yourself of a REALLY good workout when grouping. Of course, this is advice towards building size.

I'm not worried about the "guns". I'm more focused on my chest.
What's the most you can work out a particular muscle per week? I figured I could work the same muscles every other day or every 3rd day atleast. |

I'd say twice max. You want the muscle to have time to recover and grow as well.

I like to give them a minimum of 3 days rest in order to allow them recovery and growth.
Are you a bench presser junkie? |

Oh, so no more than twice a week?
I have to work out everyday to keep myself in a disciplined routine. The only days I take off is when I absolutely can not work out for whatever reason. Not sure if this is a bad thing or not. |

Just listen to your body. I couldn't do it every other day b/c I'm usually sore for a couple days and I wouldn't be able to go at it as hard as I'd like.

You should take 2 days off a week so you can recover. You can stay active on the days off, but I wouldn't do any hard lifting like on your normal workout days. You'll just end up over training and injuring yourself.

I don't get sore really anymore unless I am just starting to workout again after a long break of not working out.
I guess i'll take Saturday and Sunday off and see how my body reacts. I also like to jog and was wondering is it bad to jog everyday? I usually jog at least every other day and the days that I don't I go to the court and play basketball. |

GG Alex, looks like it is paying off. Look into adding pull-ups/chin-ups as well.

Most likely you've hit a plateau and need to do a new workout to confuse your muscle. It happened to me and I had to change my workout routine.

Question for a couple of you guys. I know some are familiar with fat burners, my question is do you guys stack a pre workout supp while on fat burners? I'm on the 4th week of using a fat burner and the scale has not budged. My diet hasn't been perfect but even when I didn't use burners I managed to lose weight. The strange thing is my girl has also not seen any weight loss and she is better at the dieting than I am. Both noticing clothes is fitting bigger but I just don't see it feasable that I am retaining or even putting on mass and burning fat simultaneously enough to remain at the same weight. I'm wondering if the pre workout and fat burner might be working against each other. I had been using NO explode and meltdown. Been doing bare min of 15 mins cardio daily after lifting, most of the time it's a 3 mile jog or solid 30 mins of cardio.

its fairly easy to drop weight aslong as you keep 100% dedication on diet Drop calories and it shouldn't be a problem Or maybe you're just putting on too much muscle mass lol so it don't wanna move lol |

sticks between 168 and 170. Gola is 155-160. a few months ago when I got more serious about cutting I got down to 162 without fat burner aides and I was actually doing LESS cardio than now with about the same diet. Im starting to wonder if my carb intake is too high but normally if I eat carbs its things such as whole grain pasta or bread. I do not eat white bread and once in a while I'll have a tortilla with some tuna but that doesn't seem enough to stop me from losing weight. I had a way easier time going from 200 to 170 when I tried to cut but I wasn't taking any fat burners or bcaa so I felt like I lost a lot of mass in a short period of time which is what I am trying to avoid this time around.
